Active Release Techniques® are extremely effective at addressing soft tissue issues throughout the entire body. The appointments are shorter than massage and often require less follow up visits and faster results for treating injuries and getting people out of pain. Sessions are done without lotion or oil and clients are clothed in comfortable workout wear.
Created by Dr. Michael Leahy, ART® has been around for over 30 years. Considered a top level soft tissue modality, that involves both assessment and treatment. An ART® provider works with anatomically based and specific movements that can detect and treat abnormal tissues.

Cupping
Silicone cups can be added to any massage session to help improve circulation, release fascia and relax tissue.
There are several contraindications to cupping. When booking a massage, please specify in the notes that you would like cupping and you will be send a form to make sure cupping is appropriate for you!
